Returns and Exchange

Returns, Exchanges and Faulty Items

Orders can be returned at your expense for a product refund for any reason up to 14 days from receipt. 

Earrings that arrive damaged or are faulty can be returned to us up to 30 days from receipt for either a free replacement or a full refund including your return postage

If you want to return an item or think your earrings are damaged or faulty, please email us first with your reason for return and/or the description of the fault along with photos to hello@huggearrings.com. Alternatively, you can call us on 01628898586.

Earrings that are not faulty or damaged on receipt must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn, with the hygiene tag on and in the fabric pouch they were originally shipped. We check all our earrings for blemishes, scratches or defects when they are shipped.

Product refunds will be made at the same price at which the products were bought and by the same method you used to make the payment.

The maximum refund for the cost of returning goods to us will be that of the least expensive delivery option we offer.
